In this fitness boot camp you get ready to rock climb with confidence.
During the 6 weeks, we will meet every Tuesday and Thursday. Our goals are simple:
- Build the Rock Climbing Muscles – The best way to train the rock climbing muscles is on the wall but we will work your forearms and core so you can hold on longer.
- Answer All The Questions – As a rock climbing coach Sensei Jacob has helped many people overcome fear, learn new climbing techniques, and break into new grades. He will help you do the same.
- Find Climbing Partners – You need at least 2 people for most rock climbing adventures. We will build trust with the other people in the group and gain new climbing partners.
