Every Monday, the Hermit’s, Bob, Ken, and Chuck, will regale you with their stories and adventures in crafting and enjoying fine wine and other craft beverages.
Join us this Monday to meet Brian Ferguson, the Distiller, and Winemaker at Flag Hill Distillery and Winery. Brian grew up south of the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate NY. He began his career at Finger Lakes Distilling on Seneca Lake and then moved to Grand Cayman to be the Head Distiller for Cayman Spirits Company. Brian moved to NH to run the distilling operation at Flag Hill and with his wife purchased the distillery in 2015. Since then, Flag Hill has retooled its winery and focused specifically on making aromatic white wines. Brian believes this is the future of grape growing and winemaking in NH.
We look forward to talking with Brian and learning more about his journey and sample some of his fine products.
