Since the groundbreaking and opening of the NH1 Motorplex, we have done league races, corporate events, birthday parties, team building activities and more. But, on February 1st, 2020, the first charity event in our history will be taking place. On February 1st, 2020, the First Annual Stand Up to Cancer 100 will be happening presented by one of NH1 Motorplex’s league racers, Jeremy Decourcy. Jeremy came to us about this idea in the end of September about this event and from the first moments of listening to how this event will playout we were 100% on board with it. As many of you all know, Jeremy is a well-decorated racecar driver in the northeast with many wins to his credit through his 14 years of driving experience. Jeremy came to us with the idea for this event from losing his mother in March of 2015 and knows how each and every one of us knows someone battling cancer or someone who unfortunately lost their battle with such a terrible disease. Proceeds for this event on the 1st of February will be going to Stand Up to Cancer. Both Junior and Adult races will be happening that day, 72 Adult drivers will be able to sign up for this event and, 22 Junior drivers will be able to sign up as well. The registration fee for the Adults until January 20th, 2020 will be $45 and for the Juniors, it will be $35. After January 20th, 2020, the registration for both the Juniors and Adults will be raised $10. The day of registration will be $55 for Juniors and $65 for Adults. As a little added incentive to go out and raise money for this wonderful cause, on the day of the event, the 10 highest fundraisers for the event will have a free 10 lap practice before any events start. We have entry forms on the front counter for all who are going to participate in the event. Make sure you fill them out and turn them in before space runs out! If you are unable to make it down before the event, make sure to add Jeremy Decourcy on Facebook as he will send you a copy of the entry form and mail it in to us at NH1 Motorplex, 270 Lafayette Rd, Seabrook, NH, 03874. For all questions about how to be a part of this wonderful event, add Jeremy Decourcy on Facebook and he will forward all of the details to you. We hope to see you all on February the 1st, 2020, for this first annual event, and as always, Live Free and Go Kart!
