2 weeks agoHad my daughters birthday party here. The staff pretty much ignored us. Never told us that the pizza arrived. When the announcement was made to call our party guests to the room she said our daughters name wrong which resulted in some of the guests not even knowing to coming into the room one of which was our special needs son who came into the room crying cause he thought everyone left him. We had been standing in the same room. She could of easily come and asked how to say her name. When we told her she said it wrong with attitude she said "oh sorry". She didn't even care that she insulted the paying customers. The package we paid for included plates napkins and utensils which were brought over late as well as the party favors. We ended up going home with more than half of them. The supposed manager we talked to didn't care about our bad experience. She made it a point to say she has only gotten in at 3 and all the staff was minors. Had we know this was what we would get for the price we paid we would of gone somewhere else, would not recommend

a year agoGreat place for kids and not to expensive at all ($10 for 1 hour ). Everything clean and sanitize. Went there in November and the prices are much more expensive. Use to be $10 for 1 hour and now it's $18.

4 months agoI always take my grandson here,it's the closest to the house! Extremely disappointed in the general manager Alia! She has no customer skills! I bought 2 10 jump passes for 140 each! No reward points were earned! They wanted me to go through a second party for the points! Sorry I didn't pay a second party I paid you! This manager was very unprofessional! π π π

2 months agoMy grandchildren like to come here because they have a lot of fun playing here. They have a lot of fun. Altitude has a lot of specials that are very cheap. Itβs a lot of fun for me too, I love jumping with my children.
