Brennan and Mackay came highly recommended to me not only because they're local but because they service what they sell. Friends and family have had less satisfaction with the big box stores in that regard. They were clear about what was in stock and when I could get the products.
I was pleasantly surprised by the chat feature on the website that not only put me in touch with an associate for personalized recommendations but also let me purchase my new washer and dryer without even going into the store. I placed my order the week before Christmas and the week after they delivered it.
Tyler and Gage were friendly, respectful, and professional with the delivery and installation, efficient but not rushed, and cleaned up as well.
After dealing with the box stores who can't do anything right. Brennan and Mackay are amazing. I have now bought washer and dryer from them. Sales staff so friendly and helpful. Listen to our concerns, very knowledgeable about products. Delivery people are just as good. Where the washer and dryer are located in the basement of a old house which is very hard to get down . No Matter what the challenge is they will go above and beyond to get the appliance in. They are so friendly, if anyone needs appliances I'm definitely telling them to go to Brenna and Mackay. They are a honest good business.
Tom, Neala and the entire Brennan and Mackay team are great to work with. For years I have used them for my personal needs as well for our new construction projects. It is refreshing to be able to talk to experts who are always there to help with appliance questions, parts or service.
