One of my best purchasing experiences I've ever had. Luke was my sales person and he spent a lot of time with my wife and I explaining everything we should know about golf carts. After about an hour we decided on a cart already customized with every thing on it the way I was going to do my self. My friend bought from him also and recommended him to me.I give Luke and 5 Star 10 stars.
Went there to get help with why forward stopped working (reverse worked perfectly that's how I drove it up ramps into bed of truck to drop it off) I specifically asked for a call prior to doing any work with a quote. I never got a call I had to stop in to ask to be told it was done and a bill for $624 for services I never got a chance to confirm I wanted to have done. Called manager who said both solenoids had to be replaced. I checked the one they took out still works like it did beforehand. Cart wasn't even put Back together for pick up and now my forward/reverse is backwards! Called and manager basically said his tech was right and im wrong. Very dissatisfied with entire experience!
Luke Chicoine did a phenomenal job providing my family with the information we needed to make the best golf car decision possible. Without any pressure, he walked us through the pros/cons of gas vs electric, lead acid battery vs lithium ion, and his current inventory vs expected arrivals later in the season. In the end, he ensured our golf car was customized to our liking, cleaned properly, and delivered to our home on time. I don't expect there to be any issues, but I know Luke and his team will be there for us if we need anything! Thanks!
We purchased a golf cart today. Luke helped us tremendously. He was very informative told us about all our options. We are very very pleased with Lukes help and service today. I would recommend family and friends to buy from you. Can't wait until my golf cart arrives within a week. 5 star ratings from the Zimmerman Family.
