Bought our second bike here. Loved 'em both! Truely the most helpful sales people I have ever met. They are a rare breed!! Would recommend them to anyone. We drive up from NY for them. Beautiful area for riding. Make a weekend out of it, you won'tt be sorry!

I purchased a used 2016 F800 GS Adventure from Cody at this dealer sight unseen off the Internet. Cody worked real hard to provide me the most pictures and video of the bike. It was my first long distance internet purchase and Max BMW provided me a great experience. Cody had the bike shipped to their New York store to lessen the trip for me. I drove all night from Illinois to Max BMW, NY to get the motorcycle. The bike is all that I wanted and I’m very pleased to add it to my GSA family. Thank You Max BMW and Thank You, Cody For being a class act salesman! I would definitely buy another from you at Max BMW.

I picked up my new BMW s1000xr from John Martin in North Hampton NH on Saturday. Bike had to be shipped from NY store. John coordinated the whole transaction really quickly and seamlessly. He took his time through the delivery process and explained every nuance of this incredible machine. John is a GREAT Ambassador for not only MAX but the BMW brand....both are fortunate to have John on their Team. The Bike...well the Bike is incredible..its like an M5 competition with 2 wheels. Eats miles and twisties effortlessly with a huge smile factor. (Kevin and Winston at the BMW demo trailer in Laconia get a lot of credit for my purchasing decision over some other brands I have tried out recently)

When I walk into a dealership with six employees and only one other customer, with the intention of potentially purchasing more than $25k worth of motorcycle, I expect acknowledgement. A nod, a smile, a welcoming glance, I don't think that's too much to ask for. I researched models online, checked dealership inventory, I needed a few questions answered and an opportunity to at least sit on a machine. I walked up and down looking at all the bikes. They were all tagged with signs, DO NOT TOUCH. After 5 or 10 minutes of being invisible, I left. Maybe the BMW motorcycle community is a little snobby. I've owned BMW cars and the local BMW auto dealership is the exact opposite. Friendly encounters from the office, sales, parts, service, couldn't be better. I think MAX needs to retune their employees. They are the largest most successful dealer in the northeast, but then again, they're the only one.
