Drove over 2 hours to get my son his first machine, a CFmoto 400s. I spoke to Dave at 9:15 am to verify availability and was shown the machine at 11:30am with a sold tag that had my name on it. Jim in finance was quick and did an excellent job. Dave went over the machine with my son while I completed the paperwork and then again before I loaded the machine on the trailer. They were not pushy at all. It was worth the trip as everyone from sales to parts treated us great.
Stopped in to this location today to learn about ATV riding and equipment with family. Steve spent a long time with us explaining everything we needed to know. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and personable. We could have chatted with him for another hour. We had a great time sitting in the vehicles. Thanks Steve!!!!!!!
I have been buying snowmobiles, ATV's, parts and accessories from Mom's for several years now. I have also done quite a lot of work with the amazing service team. I continue to go back to Mom’s because I consistently receive the absolute best support, customer service and overall total quality from each of the teams I work with. Jesse and Stephen go out of their way to deliver an excellent service program. Dave in sales has always gone above and beyond to work with me on every ask I've ever had. My guys from the parts team - Jason and Brian are the most helpful, most knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. Brian in particular can always be relied on to follow up and follow through on everything I throw his way. In a time when customer service is definitely lacking in every aspect of our lives, I feel very fortunate to have these extraordinary people to work with.
