We happened on this mall when we were exploring the Lebanon area. It's beautiful inside and not like your traditional mall. A little more upscale, the anchor stores are LL Bean and Eastern Mountain Sports. There's a pricey gift shop and a cute shop with games and puzzles and some kid's toys.
What a cute little mall. Not a lot of shops but the facility is very nice with plenty of parking. Little bistro tables strewn around just wish there was a place to get a beverage to go along with them.

We were not able to visit all the stores but inside was impressive. Nice architecture and interesting decorations. LLBEAN and Eastern Mountain Sports are the big names inside. Unisex bathroom was in good shape.
Two levels with elevator available. Places to sit. View of the river. No food court but a place that sells candy. Lui Lui brick oven pizza is listed in the directory. Parking lot is in good shape. Facemasks required.
If you are in the area, I recommend a visit. Wheelchairs available for customers.
Update: Sunday afternoon, February 2021; Returned for a visit. Something Sweet sells good chocolate 🍫.
Not very "Vermont/New Hampshire" to me. Most places were restocking during operating hours. Not one of the stores seemed very organized.
After a moderately long drive... there was nothing appealing for me.
