We recently had an old antique rug cleaned at PRG. Barbara was super nice and easy to work with! When I picked it up, the rug looked very nice. We would use PRG in the future for any rug cleaning (especially antique or heirloom). Thanks!
Great customer service and very attentive to your design ideas. I bought a new hand made wool rug for the dining room and had all my other rugs cleaned at PRG. Very nice be people and great selection of rugs. I highly recommend them.
This is a long-overdue piece of praise for Sy, Janet, and Fu at PRG, from whom we bought 2 large Persian rugs and 2 custom runners for our home, as well as 3 large Persian rugs and 2 runners for my financial firm's Nashua office several years ago. Not only do they still look great five and eight years later, they are the highlight of our decor in both spaces. Whenever we need them repositioned (new adhesive pad), Sy and his crew come over to the office and are done in minutes. Cleanings are a breeze, as the crew picks up the rugs on a Friday, washes them over a weekend, and brings them back like new first thing Monday morning. The staff is always friendly when we stop by, and Sy has even consulted on purchases we made for our AZ home—without charge. PRG has a stellar reputation going back decades, and Sy is a community leader and role model for the ages. In an era when trust is everything, you can trust that PRG will always provide great values, great service, and great advice.
PRG did an awesone job to clean our heirloom hooked rugs. We were amazed how bright and vibrant the colors popped on our 60 year old rugs. The staff were all so very helpful. PRG is the only place we trust to care for all of our heirlooms. Thank you Persian Rug Gallery !
