    I did not buy my UTV from them but will buy my next one there, for sure. This review is for their customer service and mechanics. I had a machine that broke down and I took it to three other mechanics before here and no one could find the issue. Of course I had to pay for labor each time. We brought it here and these guys were so great! They couldn't find the answer at first either and actually kept my machine for months and tinkered with it. They did find the problem and fix it but I was so afraid to get the bill after all that time! These guys charged me way less than the others who did nothing! And my machine is still running better than it did when I bought it! Can't say enough good things about these guys, very responsive, determined, and fair!! Do yourself a favor and go here first!

    Quality quads from above quality people! These guys are awesome! Took the time to help me figure out which model was best for my son and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready for one of my own or my daughters quad we'll be back!

    Great service with regards to sales. The first machine I bought, a Hisun 400 2020 model had mechanical issues and the dealer made it right by me. They paid off the machine after I had it a few days when they realized it wasn’t able to be repaired. The 2nd machine I purchased is a Sector 450 2020 , this machine took some time for them to get from Hisun in Texas but after about a month they delivered it to my house from R1. The machine seemed fine the first day then the Hazards and directional stopped working. I called R1 and they said it would be $175 for them to come pick it up to do warranty work on it. They recommended waiting until my first scheduled service to figure out the lights. R1 seems to be doing their part , I think Hisun needs to step up their game a little more though.

    It was a terrible experience working with Tom. I paid top dollar for a sled just to find out there were several issues. It had been in a wreck and when he put it back together there were still bent arms, belly damage, toe wasn’t set, clutch wasn’t set right, belt wasn’t tensioned and they forgot to plug the instrument panel back in. When I confronted him and requested reimbursement for the repairs he told me oh well you bought as is. Some of the bent parts can’t even be repaired because skidoo doesn’t make them anymore. Terrible customer service.

    Can't say enough of R1, I was looking for the Hisun E1 and went to a local dealer in CT. After looking at it I sent an email to the dealer to get a firm price out the door and delivered to my house, never heard anything. I found Tom with R1 on Facebook Marketplace and inquired via Facebook on a Saturday at 9:30pm and he responded within Minutes answering my questions. We went back and forth on a few things Saturday night and again on Sunday when I decided to purchase from R1. The customer service and attention to answering my questions far exceed my expectations. I took delivery today as they installed a plow and I am a three hour drive from the dealer. The whole process was very simple and straight forward. I am happy to say I have found my long term power sports store. Again Tom Thanks!
