My first time visiting this establishment.
Let’s start with the atmosphere. Quaint, clean, and beautiful. Very cozy and welcoming. I had a mani/pedi. Jenny was the woman who did these services for me and not only was she sweet as pie, she did an excellent job. It has been so long since I walked away 100% pleased with a mani/pedi it was wonderful being so happy with them and knowing I will most definitely be back! The entire staff was pleasant and friendly!
I have gone to Serendipity since 2016 for my back massages. I am a dental assistant with some serious back pain until Serendipity’s two very experiences massage therapists. I have referred many patients, friends, and family to this spa. Laura is amazing. She is professional and spot on to treating your specific needs! Such a relaxing and good self care feeling. Thank you so much. I love feeling my muscles be happy haha -Dominique
Jillian C is the best, let's me talk their ear off and rubs my face very well. Very informative and easy to communicate with and gives great skin care advice. Highly recommend
I got a Brazilian wax by Stephanie and she went above and beyond. It was my second time so I wasn’t very used to it, but she was so quick and welcoming!
Fabulous facials! My mom, sister, and I all had facials this morning at Serendipity. The online booking made it so easy to schedule the appointments which I greatly appreciate. I was scheduled with Amanda. She is extremely talented and I can't wait to see her again. From start to finish my facial was PERFECT. She customized the facial to my skins specific needs and the way she executed all the steps was amazing. She utilized every minute of the appointment with me, even including a nice massage. She is very passionate about her work and it shows in her care that her clients receive. My skin has never felt so good! Thank you so much!
