First of all the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself is very close to restaurants, shopping centers and the downtown area. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a king sized bed which was very comfortable. Mini fridge had enough space for our needs. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Overall we had everything we needed for our stay. They have a pool but we didn't get a chance to check it out, looked nice though. We had to cut our vacation a day early due to an injury that happened while hiking. But I would definitely recommend this motel if you're visiting Conway.

We came to New Hampshire to explore and check out this beautiful state. While doing so we stayed here for a week. The staff was absolutely amazing very polite and courteous. The room was super clean and cozy. We even took advantage of having a BBQ on site for guests and had our own little BBQ. When the weather was nice we took a dip in the pool which might I add was super clean. We got to experience a bear roaming through the property. Just an over all wonderful time here. We will back for sure!!

What a surprise! When we booked a cheap hotel for a couple nights, we weren't sure what to expect; but our expectations were low. To begin, we were arriving after office house we called the office and they left the key taped to the office door. Convenient! When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room! Sheets were clean and beds were comfortable. 2 beds, 2 chairs with an ottoman, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee, with a small closet space. The bathroom was clean and equipped with most of the usuals, but no body wash! Just hand soap, which works for me, but I'm not everyone. Toilet paper was lower-mid range quality. Overall though, this place was great! Reasonable rates for the location, and great bang for the buck. Maybe pack your own toiletries if you have preferences, but that's about it!

Just stayed over New Year’s weekend for the first time. Was a little skeptical because the price was so cheap. We were pleasantly surprised though. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the water was hot and stayed hot, large flatscreen TV with coffee maker was fine, the refrigerator was cold and the microwave worked as expected. The furniture was a bit dated but it worked. The front desk was pleasant and the guests were quiet. One downfall was that the thermostat in the room did not work and it was very hot despite being turned all the way down. We had to use the air conditioner which worked pretty well – could’ve been a little cooler. All in all, a great experience and a hidden gem for someone that doesn’t expect a 4 or 5 star hotel. We will be back – thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for a last minute anniversary get away last weekend 7/15/22. It’s a disgusting facility. There were stains on the carpet, stains on the chair cushions, stains on the pillows, broken lock on the door, fan in the bathroom was full of dust and dirt. The bed makes a noise like a run can when you sit or move on it. The toilet shifts when you sit down and the pics online are very deceiving regarding the room size. The grill was nasty and there were filthy utensils left there for use that were never cleaned all weekend. I spoke to someone there to discuss my concerns and they had zero interest in assisting or addressing my concerns. I would not recommend and will not stay there again.
