Reception personnel was super friendly! Last minute reservations were made for us and we got a fantastic suite with an amazing view. The 2 story suite accommodated us all very nicely. The microwave, stove and full size fridge and freezer were very nice to have in the room. The downstairs shower is very large with 5 sprayers it was GREAT.
The suite was larger than expected. Nice furnishings, had both a fireplace and a balcony. Incredibly well equipped kitchen. I felt the staff went over and above to be friendly and accommodating. The whole establishment was very clean. There are a few places that need minor repair but that in no way affected our stay. I will be back!
I had a massage with Mariah Rutherford, and it was so relaxing, just what I needed. She asked questions about me and recommended stretches for my shoulder. I'm excited to go back! The few things I wasn't a fan of, the music during my massage had commercials so it was mildly distracting. And the shower head in the women's room might just need to be cleaned, the stream was inconsistent. But I do highly recommend this spa.
One of the best! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Pool area is amazing - 2 indoor pools with hot tub and one outdoor pool. Room was da bomb! Suite with 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, stocked kitchen, large bathroom, and family room with a gas fireplace. The overall feel is very homey and cozy. Beautiful property! Food from the hotel Tavern was super yummy too!
Everyone at mountain edge was wonderful. Justin (the manager) and the owner and their staff went above and beyond to make my sisters wedding weekend seamless. The rooms were great!! Pool/hot tub awesome!!! Thank you for being so accommodating when there was a room hiccup and for running around delivering things to rooms. Keeping the shuttle up and running even when we were late thank you! We had an amazing time 100/100 would stay again and hope to in the near future!!!
