Check out this 4.7-mile out-and-back trail near Brookfield, New Hampshire. Generally considered a moderately challenging route, it takes an average of 2 h 27 min to complete. This trail is great for hiking and snowshoeing, and it’s unlikely you’ll encounter many other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are April through November. Dogs are welcome and may be off-leash in some areas.

To access this trail, you will need to park at Moose Mountain Recreation and hike or snowmobile to the trailhead. This trail is pretty well marked and maintained. It’s a nice moderate incline for almost the entire hike.
